Update: currently we're having connectivity issues with Comcast/Xfinity customers, causing their customers to run in to Scan Failed issues.
If HitmanPro.Alert shows a "Scan failed" please download and install Hitmanpro next to Alert.
(the default setup downloads a temporary version and then runs a scan, once it's installed it will use the installed version)

Once downloaded Install and run the scan, afterwards the "Scan failed" should be resolved.
