HMPA - HitmanPro.Alert keeps notifying me that there is an update available

If you are running Windows 10 and HitmanPro.Alert keeps notifying you about an update available, please try the following steps:

It’s important not to use “Shutdown” and/or “Sleep” this won’t install the pending updates.
Make sure you use the “Restart” feature of Windows to apply the update.
Either via Start menu -> Power -> Restart or via right mouse click on the start button “Shutdown or sign out” -> Restart

In the odd case that even that doesn’t work try the following, press Windows key + R and in the “Open” field type “shutdown /r /t 00” (without the “” around it) and press ENTER to reboot instantly.
